“Rehabilitation of water supply system in Comlosu Mare commune and its belonging localities, Comlosu Mare and Lunga”
The Local Council of the commune of Comlosu Mare implements the project "Rehabilitation of water supply system in Comlosu Mare commune and its belonging localities, Comlosu Mare and Lunga" under the Phare 2006 Economic and Social Cohesion Programme "Investment scheme to support public sector initiatives in the priority environment sectors (Grant Scheme: public investment in environmental sectors)”.
The project, with a total value of 1,077,344.30 euros, began on 18/08/2009 and will be completed by 30/06/2010. The project’s co-financing is provided from the income and expenditure budget of the commune of Comlosu Marer and amounts to 110,000 euros.
The overall objective of the project consists in the optimum management of the water supply system of the localities of Comlosu Mare and Lunga by improving the quality of the supplied drinking water and by reducing / eliminating losses in the network caused by its advanced wear.
The achievement of the project will contribute to the meeting the national and European Union requirements and regulations, by improving the quality of the water for human consumption and by rehabilitating the technical condition of infrastructure rehabilitation of the water infrastructure at the level of the two localities, Comlosu Mare and Lunga.
